摘要
目的探讨通心络与维脑络通用以治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者170例,根椐所服药物分为两组,其中,A组82例,B组88例,使其有可比性。两组患者均给予常规治疗和护理,在此基础上A组患者给予维脑络通片口服,B组患者给予通心络胶囊口服。对两组患者心绞痛缓解情况、心电图改善情况以及治疗前后血脂状况进行评价和比较。结果 B组患者分别有55.68%和94.32%心绞痛症状得到明显缓解和缓解,明显高于A组;B组患者分别有52.27%和88.64%心电图检查得到明显改善和改善,明显高于A组;经过治疗B组患者TC、TG、LDL-C均明显下降,HDL-C明显升高,与同组治疗前以及A组治疗后相比均有明显差异。上述比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者经过治疗血脂变化不明显,与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 B组与A组相比,对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果更为明显,且在有效缓解症状的同时可以有效调整血脂,从其发病因素上进行治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect for Tongxinluo and dimensional Naoluotong in the clinical treatment of angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.A group was of 82 cases,and 88 cases were in group B,making it comparable.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment and care.On the basis of it,group A was treated with the dimension of Naoluotong oral piece.Group B was given with Tongxinluo oral capsule.The angina pectoris,the improving situation of ECG,and hyperlipidemia before and after the treatment was taken for comparison and evaluation.Results The angina symptoms respectively 55.68% and 94.32% of group B eased significantly,it was significantly higher than group A.The ECG with 52.27% and 88.64% in group B significantly improved,it was significantly higher than group A.After the treatment of patients,the TC,TG,LDL-C in group B was significantly decreased,HDL-C was significantly higher.Compared to pre-treatment and after treatment at the same group,group A was significantly different.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The did not change significantly compared with before treatment in group A,and there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared to victoria of Naoluotong,the implementation of Tongxinluo capsule oral treatment with angina pectoris can make more obvious effect,and effectively relieve symptoms effectively to adjust blood lipids,and take treatment according to its risk factors.
