摘要
目的：观察通心络胶囊对实验动物心肌缺血及心肌梗塞、心律失常及血脂水平的影响。方法：利用结扎犬冠状动脉形成实验性急性心肌缺血及心肌梗塞、垂体后叶素诱发大鼠心肌缺血以及氯仿导致小鼠心律失常和食饵性高脂大鼠等实验动物模型，观察通心络胶囊消化道给药对其防治作用。结果：通心给胶囊具有明显减轻由心外膜电图标测的心肌缺血程度（∑－ＳＴ）及心肌缺血范围（Ｎ－ＳＴ），减小经硝基四氮唑蓝染色所显示的梗塞区，能够保护垂体后叶素所致大鼠冠脉痉挛性心肌缺血，显著抑制氯仿引起的小鼠室性心律失常，明显降低食饵性高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平。结论：通心络胶囊可明显改善实验性心肌缺血和心肌梗塞程度，同时对心律失常及高脂血症的发生也有较好的预防作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule (TXLC) on experimental myocardial ischemia and infarction, arrhythmia and hyperlipidemia. Methods: Using the methods of epicardial mapping and NBT-ink double staining and the ratio of tissue in myocardial infarction in which the anterior coronary artery was ligated in anesthetized dogs, acute myocardial ischemia was induced with pituitrin and hyperlipidenda was induced with feeding high lipid diet in rats, arrhythmia was induced with chloroform in mice. Results: The TXLC reduced significantly the myocardial ischemic limits, degree and the myocardial infarction area, inhibited obviously the ocurrence of arrhythmia and reduced the level of hyperlipidemia. Conclusion: The TXLC could improve significantly the myocardial ischemia mycardial infarction and prevent obviously the ocurrence of arrhythmia and hyperlipidemia.
