摘要
对子午岭产百合科黄精属大苞黄精 ( P.megaphyllum)、玉竹 ( P.odoratum) ,百合属的细叶百合 ( L .pumilum) ,葱属的糙葶韭 ( A.anisopodium) 4种植物进行了染色体研究。其染色体数目和核型分别为 :玉竹 2 n( 2 x) =2 0 =1 2 m( 2 SAT) + 8sm,核型为 2 B型 ;大苞黄精 2 n( 2 x)=2 2 =4m+ 1 2 sm+ 6st,核型为 3B型 ;细叶百合 2 n( 2 x) =2 4 =4m+ 1 0 st+ 1 0 t,核型为 3A型 ;糙葶韭 2 n( 2 x) =1 6=1 2 m+ 2 sm+ 2 st( 2 SAT) ,核型为 2 A型。百合科植物染色体数目和结构类型多样 ,所研究的 4种植物出现 4种核型 ,有 2 B、3B、2 A、3A,核型的不对称性明显。对核型多样性与地理分布的关系进行了讨论。
The chromosomes number and karyotype of 3 genera 4 species of Liliaceae in Ziwu mountain of Gansu province were reported in this paper.Those are as follows: P.megaphyllum 2n(2x)=22=4m+12sm+12st+6st,karyotype is 3B; P.odoratum 2n(2x)=20=12m(2SAT)+8sm,karyotpye is 2B; L.pumilum 2n(2x)=24=4m+10st+10t,karyotype is 3A; A.anisopodium 2n(2x)=16=12m+2sm+2st(SAT),karyotype is 2A.The relationship between the karyotype diversity and geographical distribution was discussed also in this paper.
