中药黄精及其易混品植物的分类鉴别研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 中药黄精为我国著名常用中药材,药用和食用价值较高。其基原植物为黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum)、滇黄精(P.kingianum)和多花黄精(P.cyrtonema)。由于黄精属内物种较多、药材性状特征类似,因此鉴别非常困难,易混品众多,误采和混用现象明显,给用药安全带来极大的隐患。尽管目前对黄精属植物的分类鉴别研究较多,但资料较为零散。基于此,该文从生药学(性状鉴别和显微鉴别)、花粉、叶表皮和种皮、细胞学(染色体)及DNA分子鉴别(分子标记和DNA条形码)5个方面,较为系统地总结了中药黄精及其常见易混品植物的分类鉴别研究进展,并对其相关鉴别要点和注意事项进行分析和讨论。 Polygonati rhizoma is a well-known and commonly used traditional Chinese medicine with high medicinal and edible value.Its original plants were Polygonatum sibiricum,P.kingianum and P.cyrtonema.It was very difficult to identify because there were many species in the genus Polygonatum and similar traits.Therefore,there were many adulterants of Polygonati rhizoma in the market and obvious phenomenon of incorrect collection and misuse,which bring great hidden dangers to the safety of medication.Although there were many studies on the identification of Polygonati rhizoma,the data were quite scattered.Based on this,the advances in classification and identification of the plants of Polygonati rhizoma and its common adulterants from the five aspects of pharmacognosy(character identification and microscopic identification),pollen,leaf epidermis and seed coat,cytology(chromosome)and DNA molecular identification(molecular markers and DNA barcodes)were systematically summarized.In addition,we analysed and discussed the relevant identification points and matters needing attention.
