摘要
以 2个粒重不同的小麦品种为材料 ,研究了开花后旗叶、根系和籽粒异戊烯基腺苷( i PA)和脱落酸 ( ABA)含量的变化及其与旗叶光合速率、根系活力和籽粒增重的关系。结果表明 ,高粒重的鲁麦 2 2较低粒重的鲁麦 1 4,旗叶和根系 i PA含量高且速降始期推迟 ,ABA含量低且速升始期推迟 ;与此相对应 ,旗叶光合速率和根系活力高且高值持续期长。鲁麦 2 2籽粒 i PA含量高于鲁麦 1 4,其 ABA含量在花后 1 6d内高于鲁麦 1 4,1 6d后反而低于鲁麦1 4;鲁麦 2 2籽粒灌浆速率高且高值持续期长。
Using two wheat cultivars with different grain weight as material,changes of iPA and ABA contents in flag leaf,root and grain of wheat after anthesis as well as their respective relations to photosynthetic rate of flag leaf,root vigor,and grain weight were studied.The results showed that,compared with Lumai 14,the contents of iPA in flag leaf and root of Lumai 22 which has higher grain weight were higher,and the rapidly decreasing date were put off,while the ABA contents in flag leaf and root were lower and the rapidly increasing date were postponed.The iPA content in grain of Lumai 22 was higher than that of Lumai 14 and ABA content in grain was higher too within 16 days after anthesis,but then lower than that of Lumai 14.
