摘要
本研究采用固相抗源 (体 )型酶联免疫测定方法 ( ELISA) ,对接种灰斑病 1、7号生理小种后 ,不同抗性大豆品种 (系 )的内源激素含量的变化进行了分析 ,研究结果表明 :抗病类型大豆品种 (系 )叶片内 IAA含量较高 ,品种抵抗病菌能力增强 ;感病品种 IAA含量较低 ,GA含量降低 ,IPA含量升高 ;大豆叶片内的内源激素含量的诱导表达与病原菌有关 ,灰斑病
In order to study the endogenous hormones changes of soybeans with different degree of resistance to race 1 and 7 of Cercospora sojina Hara,ELISA was used in this research.The results showed that:After inoculation IAA contents in the leaves of resistant varieties were relatively high and the disease resistant power was higher.The IAA content and GA content of susceptible varieties was lower and IPA content was higher.The induced expression of endogenous hormones was related to pathogenic fungi.Race 7 of Cercospora sojina Hara affected much more to the endogenous hormones conent.
