摘要
以单产7 500 kg·hm -2 以上的扬麦158 高产株型为研究对象,分析了小麦高产株型的生理特性,结果表明: 与中、低产株型相比,小麦高产株型的剑叶中异戊烯基腺苷(iPA) 、玉米素(ZR) 、生长素(IAA) 、赤霉素(GA3) 含量显著高,ABA 含量显著低,剑叶光合强度与iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈显著正相关,与ABA 含量呈显著负相关; 高产株型剑叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、过氧化物酶(POD) 活性高,丙二醛(MDA) 含量低,剑叶光合强度与SOD, POD 活性呈正相关,与MDA 含量呈负相关; 高产株型籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量高,ABA 含量低,籽粒胚乳细胞数与花后7 d 籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈正相关,与ABA 含量呈负相关,粒重与花后21 d 籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈正相关,与ABA 含量呈负相关; 高产株型的籽粒有较高的胚乳细胞数和粒重.
The physiological characteristics of high yielding plant type were analyzed in wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. cv. Yangmai 158) with the yield of 7 500 kg·hm -2 on the experimental field of Crop Cultivation and Physiology Key Laboratory, Yangzhou University from 1996~1998. The results showed that iPA, ZR, IAA and GA 3 contents in flag leaves with high yielding plant type were significantly higher than those with low or middle yielding plant type, but ABA content was significantly lower. Photosynthetic rate in flag leaves was positively correlated with iPA, ZR, IAA and GA 3 contents, but negatively correlated with ABA content. SOD and POD activity in flag leaves with high yielding plant type was great, while MDA content was low. Photosynthetic rate in flag leaves was positively related to SOD and POD activity, but negatively to MDA content. Comparted with low or middle yielding plant type, high yielding plant type had significantly greater ZR, iPA, IAA and GA 3 contents but lower MDA content in grains. Endosperm cell number of grains and grain weight were positively correlated with ZR, iPA, IAA and GA 3 contents in grains, but negatively correlated with ABA content. Grains in the population with high yielding plant type had great endosperm cell number and grain weight.
