摘要
应用水培试验的方法 ,研究了小麦在不同形态氮营养下 ( NH+ 4 /NO- 3分别为 0 /1 0 0、50 /50和 1 0 0 /0 )的生长特征。与单一形态氮营养相比 ,增铵营养在五叶期显著增加了小麦植株的株高、叶干重和总干重 ;在 7叶期 ,显著增加了小麦株高、单株分蘖数、叶面积、叶干重、茎鞘干重、地上部干重和总干重。与单一 NO- 3营养相比 ,单一 NH+ 4 营养显著降低单株分蘖数、叶面积、叶干重、茎鞘干重、根干重、地上部干重和总干重。此外 ,增铵营养和单一 NO- 3营养下 5~ 7叶期的相对生长速率显著高于单一 NH+ 4 营养。分析表明 ,增铵营养下植株干物质积累的增加与叶面积及单株分蘖数 ,特别是高蘖位分蘖数和胚芽鞘分蘖数的增加有关。
The experiment was conducted in controlled hydroponics to investigate the growth characteristics of three Chinese wheat genotypes grown under three NH + 4/NO - 3 ratios (0/100, 50/50 and 100/0). Compared with single NO - 3 nutrition, enhanced ammonium nutrition (EAN) significantly increased plant height, leaf DW (dry weight) and total DW per plant at five leaf stage. At seven leaf stage, EAN also increased tillers, leaf area, shoot DW, top part DW per plant. Single NH + 4 nutrition significantly reduced plant growth. EAN and single NO - 3 nutrition significantly increased relative growth rate from five leaf stage to seven leaf stage as compared with single NH + 4 nutrition. It was shown that the increase of dry matter accumulation by EAN was associated with that of leaf area and tillers per plant, especially higher position and coleopitle tillers.
