分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记和生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的较为理想的遗传标记。本文概述了几种主要的 DNA分子标记的基本原理和特点 。
Molecular markers were newly advanced genetic markers developed after morphology, cell and isozyme markers. In this paper, the auther summarizes the basic principles and characteristics of a few types of molecular markers. At the same time, their advantages and defects are compared.
