摘要
以玉米淀粉为辅料 ,添加适量焦香麦芽 ,经糖化、发酵酿制出高发酵度浅色下面淡爽型啤酒 ,色泽浅黄 ,泡沫洁白细腻 ,口味清爽纯正 ,啤酒真正发酵度76 %以上 。
The light-bottom high attenuation beer is brewed by mashing,fermentation,which added to some caramel malt with starch as adjunct.The products have a light yellow colour,pure white and minute in foam,clean in taste and real fermentation degree over 76%.It has a practial value and econcmical value.
