荧光猝灭法测定婴幼儿米粉中的铁 被引量:1

摘要 根据铁对二氨基顺丁烯二腈的荧光具有猝灭的特性,建立了一种测定痕量铁的新方法。体系的最大激发波长为226nm,最大发射波长为406nm。线性范围为0.01~0.48mg/L,相关性系数为0.9962,检出限为1.5μg/L。对10份合有0.16mg/L的铁标准溶液进行精密度检测,其相对标准偏差为0.17%。用该方法测定了婴幼儿米粉中的铁,结果令人满意。 A new method for the determination of trace amounts of iron has been developed. This method is based on the quenching of fluorescence of' diaminomaleonitrile (DAMN) due to the formation of the complex Fe(Ⅲ)-DAMN. The exitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 226 nm and 406 nm, respectively. There was a linear relationship in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 48 mg/L for Fe (Ⅲ), and the correlative coefficient was 0. 996 2. The detection limit was 1.5 μg/L for Fe(Ⅲ). The RSD was 0. 17%(n = 10) for 0. 16 mg/L Fe(Ⅲ). This method is simple and rapid, and has been applied to the determination of iron in infant cereal with satisfactory results.
