摘要
依据相关文献与研究假设,构建了组织安全气候对安全绩效的影响关系的结构方程模型,并以安全信息的建言为中介变量,采用验证性因素分析法和结构方程模型方法进行分析。研究结果表明:安全气候对安全绩效具有促进作用,员工安全信息的建言对组织安全气候和安全绩效的关系具有部分中介作用。最后,结论给出提高组织安全绩效的管理启示。
This paper builds up the structure model of construction of team safety climate having effect on organization safety performance and regarding safety information voice as intermediary variables, using confirmatory factor analysis method and structure equation model to be analysis tools. The result shows that safety climate positively effects safety performance and the safety information voice plays partly intermediary role on the relations between the safety climate and safety performance. Based on this, it puts forward management suggestion on organization safety performance.
