摘要
目的探讨姜制对黄连保护胃黏膜损伤作用的影响及机制。方法采用乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤造模,观察黄连和姜黄连作用后乙醇所致小鼠胃黏膜的损伤程度,测定其溃疡抑制百分率,并检测小鼠血浆及胃黏膜中丙二醛(MDA)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力。结果姜黄连抗溃疡抑制率显著高于生黄连和阳性对照西咪替丁,与空白组和模型组相比,黄连及姜黄连给药组小鼠的血清及胃黏膜中MDA量明显降低,SOD活力显著增加,且姜黄连各组MDA量均低于生黄连各组,SOD活力值高于生黄连各组。结论黄连及姜黄连均有保护胃黏膜损伤作用,且姜黄连作用更强。
AIM To discuss the influence and protective effects of stir-frying Coptidis Rhizoma with ginger juice on mucosa in mice as compared with Coptidis Rhizoma.METHODS Gastric mucosal injury in mice was induced by ethanol.Their damage degree,ulcer inhibition percentage,malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were determined in the treatment of Coptidis Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma with ginger juice.RESULTS Anti-ulcer inhibition percentage of Coptidis Rhizoma with ginger juice was higher than that of Coptidis Rhizoma and cimetidine.In comparison with normal and model group,Coptidis Rhizoma with ginger juice group markedly decreased the level of MDA and increased the SOD activity in serum and gastric mucosa in mice.At same time,Coptidis Rhizoma group had similar and smaller levels.CONCLUSION Coptidis Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma with ginger juice have a protective effect of gastric mucosal injury and the latter is the best.
