摘要 目的:探讨肺内注入肿瘤组织块悬液建立兔VX2肺癌模型的方法。方法:在MSCT引导下将VX2肿瘤组织块悬液注入12只中国大耳白兔右肺下叶内,利用MR扫描观察肿瘤生长和胸腔内转移情况,同时观察动物的一般情况。结果:建立的兔VX2肺癌模型组织学表现与荷瘤种兔相同,接种成功率为100%,胸壁种植率为8.3%,实验动物从接种到MR扫描发现肿瘤生长的时间为(7.0±1.5)d,从发现肿瘤生长到出现右侧胸腔积液间隔(8.0±1.6)d;接种后12只中国大耳白兔自然存活时间为(27.0±4.7)d。结论:采用肿瘤组织块悬液肺内注入法建立兔VX2肺癌模型方法简便,接种成功率高,是建立兔VX2肺癌模型的理想方法;MR DWI用于实验动物的影像学观察准确、无创,值得动物实验采用。 Objective : To explore the method of reproduction of VX2 lung cancer model in rabbits by percutaneous injection of VX2 tumour mass suspension into lungs of rabbits. Methods : Guided by MSCT, the VX2 tumor mass suspension were percuta- neously injected into the right lobes of 12 Chinese white rabbits, and MR scan was performed to observe and evaluate the success rate of the tumor models and the condition of tumor growth as well as metastases in the thorax. The general state of health of the tumor - bearing rabbits was also observed and documented for further analysis. Results : The tumor models reproduced by this method presented pathologically identical characteristics to the parent tumor; the success rate of tumor transplantation were 100 %, the implantation rate in chest wall was 8.3 % (1/12) ; the mean time from the day that the animals were inoculated to the day that the reproduced tumors were found growing successfully by MR was ( 7.0 ± 1.5 ) days, while the mean time from the day that the tumors were found growing successfully to the day that the pleural effusions were found in the right pleural cavities of the animals was (8.0 ±1.6) days; the natural survival time of the 12 Chinese white rabbits was (27.0 ± 4.7 ) days. Conclu- sion : The method is simple and efficient for reproduction of VX2 lung cancer model in the rabbit by percutaneous puncture - inoc- ulation of mass suspension of VX2 tumor into the animal's lungs, with a very high success rate, and is an ideal one for reproduc- tion of VX2 lung cancer model. The method of MR and Diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) used for ieonography obser- vation in animal experiments is accurate and noninvasive. So it is worth applying to 'the animal experiment.
