摘要
目的建立兔VX2肾癌模型,观察动物模型在超声及磁共振上的影像学表现。方法新西兰大白兔10只,采取手术直视下VX2肿瘤组织块包埋法成瘤,分别在不同时段行超声、MRI检查。结果本实验动物成瘤率90%.在多普勒超声上肿瘤表现为高、等、低回声,部分伴声晕,部分内见强回声斑点。随着种植时间的延长,肿瘤内部出现无回声区的数量增加。MRI平扫时,肿瘤在T1WI和T2WI上分别为较均匀低信号和稍高信号灶,3周后肿瘤因坏死、液化而表现为高低混杂信号。结论成功建立了兔VX2肾癌模型;超声用于兔VX2肾癌序贯监测简便可行;MRI对兔VX2肾癌监测准确可靠。
Objective To establish rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model and observe its manifestations in US and MRI. Methods VX2 tumor tissue was implanted in ten New Zealand rabbits through directly inoculating into the kidney,and then observed through US, MRI in different periods. Results Carcinoma formation rate was 90%. All the carcinomas mainly manifested as high, equal and low echo in Color Doppler, some with acoustic halo tand some with strong echo spots. With extension of the planting time,the number of anecho areas was increasing in the carcinoma. The carcinomas presented comparatively uniform hyposignal lesions in T1WI MRI and hypersignal lesions in T2WI MRI. Three weeks later, the carcinomas showed mixture of hyposignal and hypersignal because of liquefaction and necrosis. Conclusions The rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model was established;It is a simple and feasible imaging technique to sequentially observe VX2 renal carcinoma by uhrasonography, and it is accurate and reliable by MRI.
