摘要
目的:观察紫草油膏在治疗青海玉树地震后软组织损伤患者的临床疗效。方法:随机选择此次震后软组织损伤患者,将其分为紫草油治疗组21人和简单包扎或暴露的对照组18人。治疗组使用紫草油膏纱布贴于患处,无菌纱布覆盖,每2天更换治疗,观察治疗2到10天后2组疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组的消肿止痛效果明显优于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油膏治疗急性软组织损伤,具有良好的消肿止痛作用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy ofAmebia euchroma oil extract in the treatment for patients with soft tissue injuries in earthquake-striken area of Yushu in Qinghai province. Method： Patients with soft tissue in- juries were randomly chosen, divided into 21 cases in the treatment group of Arnebia euchroma oil extract and 18 cases in the control group of simple dressing or exposing. The treatment group taped the gauze with Amebia euchro- ma oil extract over the wound, covered with sterile gauze, and changed the dressing each two days. Clinical efficacy of both groups was observed after treating for two to ten days and analyzed statistically. Result： The effects of dis- persing swelling and relieving pain in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with remarkable difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Arnebia euchroma oil extract could obtain better effects of dispersing swelling and relieving pain in treating acute soft tissue injuries.
