摘要
结膜鼻腔吻合术是采用内眦侧的结膜瓣与鼻黏膜瓣的端端吻合，建立一个连通结膜囊与鼻腔之间的排泪通道的手术。近年来此手术受到了眼科界关注，推出了多种改良的术式，对它进行了较深入的研究并取得了较大的进展。本文综述了结膜鼻腔吻合术的发展概况、改良术式及其临床应用情况、适应证和禁忌证、并发症和处理、目前存在的主要不足和尚待解决的问题及前景。
Conjunctivorhinostomy is a surgery which sets up a dacryogogie pathway which connects conjunetival sac and nasal cavity by anastomose the conjunctival flap of medial eanthus and nasal mucosa flap. In recent years, more and more attention was paid to it and some modifications were carried out and some progresses were made. This paper summerised the development overviews of eonjunetivorhinostomy, clinical applications of modified ways, indications, contraindieations, complications and defects and problems that need to be solved.
