MTA1和SLP-2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及相关性 被引量:2

Expressions of MTA1 and SLP-2 and their correlation in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:研究转移相关基因1(MTA1)和stomatin-like protein 2(SLP-2)蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测40例正常宫颈组织、25例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及40例宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1和SLP-2蛋白的表达情况,并分析两种蛋白在宫颈病变级别中的相关性。结果:CIN与宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1阳性表达均明显高于正常宫颈组织(P均<0.001),而SLP-2在正常宫颈上皮中阳性表达均明显高于CIN与宫颈鳞癌组织(P=0.007;P<0.001);MTA1和SLP-2蛋白的阳性表达在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌中呈负相关(r=-0.540,-0.393;P=0.004,0.037),而在CIN中MTA1与SLP-2的阳性表达不存在关联性(P>0.05)。结论:MTA1过表达和SLP-2的低表达可能与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及生物学行为密切相关,两者存在负相关性,与宫颈癌预后的关系还有待进一步研究。 Objective: To research the expressions of metastasis - associated gene - 1 ( MTA1 ) and stomatin - like protein 2 (SLP- 2) and their correlation in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) . Methods: The expression levels of MTA1 and SLP -2 in 40 cases with normal cervical tissue, 25 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and 40 patients with CSCC were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, and their correlations in different cervical lesions were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of MTA1 in CIN group and CSCC group were statistically significantly higher than that in normal cervix group (P 〈 0. 001 ), but the positive ex- pression rate of SLP - 2 in normal cervix group was statistically significantly higher than those in CIN group and CSCC group ( P = 0. 007, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; there were negative correlations between MTA1 positive expression rate and SLP - 2 positive expression rate in normal cervix group and CSCC group ( y = - 0. 540, P = 0. 004 ; y = - 0. 393, P = 0. 037), while in CIN group, there was no correlation ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Over - expression of MTA1 and low expression of SLP - 2 may be closely correlated with oncogenesis, development, and bio- logical behaviors of CSCC, their is a negative correlation between MTA1 and SLP - 2, their relationships with prognosis of CSCC need further studies.
