摘要
内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)高速弱磁运行时,其端电压受逆变器直流母线电压限制,为提高电机的电磁转矩输出能力,提出利用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)过调制区域进行弱磁的控制方法。通过用电流调节器输出的参考电压与SVPWM过调制后输出的极限电压两者之间的电压差值来改变定子电流相位角,从而修正电流设定值实现弱磁电流的控制。利用过调制区域的电压,弱磁区域的转矩性能得到很大改善。实验结果表明,该方法弱磁调速范围宽,弱磁电流过渡平滑且系统响应速度快。
The terminal voltage of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) is limited by DC bus voltage of inverter when IPMSM is operating in high-speed field-weakening region.To ensure the torque output capability for IPMSM under the limited input DC link voltage, a novel flux-weakening control method in overmodulation region for IPMSM is proposed.The difference between the reference voltage updated by current regulator and the output voltage limited by space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) in overmodulation region is used for flux-weakening control, which modifies the stator current phase angle and thus redistributes current reference and finally achieves extending speed operation.By utilizing the voltage difference in SVPWM overmodulation region,magnetic torque performance is greatly improved.Experimental results show that,with this method,the smooth transition of stator current in field-weak- ening region and fast response can be achieved simultaneously in the wider speed operation.
