一种改进的异步电机电压闭环弱磁控制方法 被引量:3

An Improved Asynchronous Motor Closed Loop Voltage Weak Magnetic Control Method

摘要 针对异步电机在弱磁区域输出转矩下降的问题,在弱磁阶段电压闭环控制策略基础上,通过对励磁电流和转矩电流合理分配,提出一种改进的电压闭环控制策略。用该方法能够使电机在整个弱磁阶段输出转矩能力提高,并能实现对电流的动态调节。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立异步电机弱磁控制系统模型仿真,将仿真结果与传统的弱磁控制方法进行比较,可以看到转矩性能较传统的方法有20%的提升并提高电机加速性能,证实了此方法的可行性。 For asynchronous motor in weak magnetic region and output torque drops, in weak magnetic phase voltage closed loop control strategy based on, this paper proposes an improved voltage closed control strategy. This method can make the motor in the weak magnetic phase output torque to maintain maximum based on current dynamic regulation. Set up by MATLAB/SIMULINK asynchronous motor control system simulation model, the simulation result and the traditional weak magnetic control methods were compared, which showed the torque performance had a 20% increase than the traditional method and improved motor acceleration performance, proved the feasibility of this method.
