摘要
目的:探讨中药寒热药性与所含多糖成分的相关性。方法:取寒性、热性植物药各10味,提取并精制所含多糖,用三氟乙酸彻底水解成单糖,加入1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮进行衍生化反应,测定其单糖HPLC图谱,并利用主成分-线性判别分析研究结果。结果:主成分-线性判别分析完全实现了对20味植物药寒热药性准确判别。结论:中药寒热药性与所含多糖成分存在明显相关性,多糖是中药药性的物质基础之一;主成分-线性判别可对中药药性进行判别,且判别准确率高。
Objective:To discuss the correlation between cold-heat potencies and polysaccharides. Methods:Extracting polysacch- arides from 10 kinds of cold botanical Chinese medicinal and 10 hot botanical Chinese medicinal. The polysaccharides were hydrolyzed into monosaccharides with trifluoroacetic acid. The monosaccharide derivatives obtained with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyr- azolone were separated by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) using a developed gradient elution process. The results were analyzed by principal components-linear discriminant analysis(PC-LDA). Resuhs:PC-LDA could accu- rately distinguish cold or heat potencies of 20 kinds of Chinese medicinal. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between cold-heat potencies and polysaccharides. The polysaccharides is one of the material basis potencies of Chinese medicinal. The PC-LDA analysis can distinguish cold or heat potencies.
