摘要
苏里格气田加大水平井开发力度,通过现场技术攻关,初步形成了水平井系列配套技术。在地质条件优选、提高储层钻遇率、钻井提速、储层改造等方面获得突破,现场实施效果良好,较大幅度地提高了单井产量。通过半年来的试生产,水平井在井筒、地面设备、管线配套工艺以及生产管理方面暴露出一些问题,为此,进行该项目技术研究,及时进行现场跟踪,分析各主要节点的影响因素,以确保水平井平稳正常生产。文章对目前水平井生产中采用的节流器生产方式和加热炉生产方式进行了对比分析,得出选择单井生产方式上,可以根据现场观察气井出砂情况以及配产情况选择,从管网夏季和冬季不同节点进行分析,提出了不同情况下选取不同的生产方式和管网运行模式,可根据单井距集气站距离以及节点情况选择进站管网模式。通过对比分析,为苏里格气田水平井生产工艺选择提供了合理性建议,更符合目前苏里格气田开发需要。
Horizontal wells have been developed vigorously in Sulige gasfield and a series of supporting techniques have formed initially through a lot of field tests.In the geological condition optimizing,improve reservoir drill encounter rate,drilling speed,reservoir transformation, etc to obtain a breakthrough.Field effect is good, is greatly increased output per well,in the past half year time, these aspects such as well casing,ground equipment,pipeline craft and production management have exposed some problems,so tracking and analyzing major nodes and ensuring normal production are necessary.This paper adopted in the production of horizontal current production mode and heating furnace for throttling production way of comparison and analysis on production mode choice single well,can according to observation and gas production from sand with selecting,from the summer and winter different network nodes are analyzed,and the different circumstances choosing different mode of production and operation mode,can according to network and integrating pump from single node selecting pitted distance pipeline mode. Through the contrast analysis,to Sulige gas production craft choice of horizontal provide a rational suggestions, more accord with current suri lattice gas field development needs.
