摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田是我国最大的气田,同时又是典型的"低渗透、低压力、低丰度"气藏,储层非均质性强、有效砂体规模小,气井单井产量低,压力下降快,开发面临重重困难。通过4 a的评价工作,在开辟重大开发试验区的基础上,开展10项开发试验,形成了12项开发配套技术,解决了苏里格气田有效开发的技术难题;近两年来,以提高单井产量、提高气田采收率、提升气田开发水平为目的,在深化储层地质认识的基础上,丰富完善了苏里格气田天然气富集区筛选技术、提高采收率等技术,创新形成了丛式井、水平井开发配套技术;气田开发方式由原来的单一直井开发转变为丛式井、水平井并重开发,水平井单井产量超过直井的3倍,气田采收率提高了15%,同时实现了土地资源的集约化利用,为苏里格气田低成本有效开发提供了全新的、重要的技术保障,气田开发水平和开发效益明显提升。
The Sulige Gas Field in the Ordos Basin is the largest gas field in China while its heterogeneous reservoirs are characterized by low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.Moreover,the net sandstone is in such a small scale,the per-well productivity is so low,the formation pressure drops so sharply,that a great challenge has to be faced by the exploitation of this field.Through 4 years' field assessment,ten development pilot tests have been conducted and 12 packages of development technologies have been summarized on the basis of the established major pilot test zones,helping solving the technical difficulties in the effective development of the Sulige Gas Field.In recent two years,with the purpose of increasing the individual-well production rate,enhancing the gas recovery rate,and improving the level of field development,we have obtained more geological knowledge,completed the screening techniques for gas enrichment areas,improved the EOR techniques,and achieved technical packages of cluster drilling and horizontal drilling.Thus,the previous vertical wells have been turned into cluster wells or horizontal wells to which equal importance is attached for more efficient development of this gas field.As a result,a per-well production has been quadrupled,the recovery rate has been increased by 15%,at the same time,the land resource intensiveness has been achieved,all of which have provided brand new and important technical support for the low-investment and high-effective development of the Sulige Gas Field and obviously improved its exploitation level and efficiency to a high degree.
