摘要
针对长距离输水工程的特点,构建了工程风险分析的基本框架,并分别结合风险分析的具体单元,进行了初步分析,提出了风险的多维特性描述方法和风险多维功效函数评价方法,最后结合工程实例给出了风险评价分析结果.
According to the characters of long-distance water diversion project, the framework for risk analysis of such projects is constructed herein. And then, the preliminary analysis is made in combination with each element of the risk analysis; in which the term risk multi-attributes description method and the risk multi-efficacy function assessment method are put forward. Furthermore, a case study is given to illustrate the results of the risk assessment at last.
