摘要
外聘教师是高职院校教师队伍中不可忽视的重要力量。目前,许多高职院校对外聘教师的聘任管理还缺乏一套完善的方法。以黎明职业大学为例,从外聘教师聘任管理现状入手,指出在管理方面存在的不足,进而提出对外聘教师严格甄选制度,加强教学管理、细分酬金待遇、简化课酬审批手续和增强职业归属感的一些看法。
The employed teachers are important forces of teaching staffs in high vocational colleges which should not negligible.At present many high vocational colleges have no perfect way to manage the employed teachers.This paper,taking Liming Vocational University for example,analyses the management status quo of employed teachers,points out the drawbacks of management and puts forward some measures concerning strict selection of employed teachers,strengthening teaching management,classifying treatment,simplifying approval of period pay and increasing professional belongingness.
