摘要
由于历史等多方面的原因,我国高职院校普遍存在着数量和质量两方面的师资欠缺,此时外聘兼职教师就成为了高职院校师资力量的一种重要补充。同时,随着各高职院校对职业教育认识的不断深化和国家教育主管部门政策导向作用的不断加强,高职院校中外聘兼职教师的数量和所占比例都将不断扩大。系统分析了外聘兼职教师对高职院校建设与发展的多方面作用,并对高职院校中外聘兼职教师的管理提出了自己的思考。
For the history and other reasons, there are teacher shortcomings of quantity and quality in higher vocational college, external teachers then become one of important supplement teacher resource for the higher vocational college. At the same time, the vocational education is more and more deeply under- stood in higher vocational colleges, the policy leading function is becoming more and more powerful, as the result, there will be more and more external teachers in higher vocational colleges. The functions of external teachers in higher vocational colleges are analyzed systematically, the author＇s thinking for the management of the external teachers is also given in the thesis.
