摘要
分析成人高等教育外聘教师管理中的现状和存在的问题,结合成人高等教育外聘教师管理的实际提出了在外聘教师管理工作中应注意的问题、遵循的原则和应做好的几项工作。
The current situation and problems in management of concurrent post teachers of adult higher education are analyzed, based on which the concerning issues, principles and the work that should be done are proposed in combination with the practice of concurrent post teacher management in adult higher education.
