摘要
当前,大学生鲜明的时代特征使职业院校学生教育管理工作暴露出许多新问题,传统以刚性为主的管理方式局限性日趋明显,心理契约这种柔性管理手段优势逐渐凸显,只有遵循一系列科学的心理契约构建原理和系统了解其功效表现,才能发挥其最大管理功效,切实提高其针对性与实效性。
At present, many new problems have emerged in educational management of vocational college stu- dents due to students' distinctive feature of the times. The limitation of traditional rigid management has be- come more and more evident, while the advantage of psychological contract as a flexible management means has gradually become significant. Only by following a series of scientific construction principles of psychological contract and understanding its performance and functions can its management effects be maximized and its pertinence and practical results be improved substantially.
