摘要
高校管理的核心是对教师的管理,而心理契约在高校师资管理中有其客观必要性。教师自身的特点决定了高校师资管理中需要心理契约"诱导",以提高教师忠诚度、提升教师归属感、调动教师工作积极性。营造以教师为本的校园文化、加强学校管理者与教师的沟通、建立教师激励机制、帮助高校教师做好职业发展规划,是高校教师心理契约构建的关键。
The core of university management is the management of teachers, and it is necessary to introduce the theory of psy- chological contract into the university teachers management. The theory of psychological contract can be adopted to induce and im- prove the teachers'loyalty, enhancing the sense of belonging and work enthusiasm of the teachers . The key to build a psychological contract is to create a teacher - centered campus culture, and strengthen the communication of the teachers and school administra- tors, establishing the encouragement system of university teachers, helping them to do a career development planning.
