摘要
研究了黄浆水培养基组分的优化与Lactobacillus bulgaricus1.0205在培养基中生产GABA的最佳发酵条件,并对其发酵过程进行动态分析。结果表明,培养基中各组分添加量为:葡萄糖2%,蛋白胨2%, (NH4)SO4 1%, KH2PO4 0.08%。在接种量3%、培养温度42℃、初始pH7、谷氨酸钠添加量3%、发酵时间40h的条件下,GABA产量为6.22g/L。应用此方法不仅能获得高浓度γ-氨基丁酸,而且使黄浆水得到充分利用,为工业化生产γ-氨基丁酸提供新的方法和研究思路。
The optimization of the culture medium in wastewater of tofu and the best fermentation conditions which produced GABA by Lactobacillus bulgaricus 1.0205 strain in optimal medium were studied.Then the fermentation process was analyzed.It was shown that the composition of optimal medium was as follows:glucose 2%,peptone 2%,(NH4)SO4 1%,KH2SO4 0.08%.GABA yield could reach 6.22 g/L under the conditions of inoculation amount 3%,reaction temperature 42 ℃,initial pH7,sodium glutamate 2%,fermentation time 40 h.This method can not only get high concentrations of γ-aminobutyric acid,but also make the wastewater of tofu be further utilized,and may provide new research directions and methods for the industrial production of γ-aminobutyric acid.
