摘要
报道填充盾式填料的上流式厌氧滤器,处理经预酸化的豆制品废水的试验结果。研究表明,在发酵温度为35℃、进水COD浓度为10000mg/L的条件下,系统的有效容积负荷率达13.2kgCOD/m^3.d,COD去除率为86%,相应的水力停留时间为18.5h。盾式填料由于其结构特性,在厌氧滤器中能避免软性纤维填料的成团结块问题,使反应器具有较好的有机物去除率和运行稳定性。
This paper presents an experimental study on treating soybean wastewater by using an upflow anaerobic filter packed with shield-shaped media. The experimental results showed that,under conditions of a ferinatation temperature 35℃ and inflow COD concentration of 10000mg/L, with the COD removal efficiency of 86%, the effective volumetric loading rate could be raised up to 13. 2kg COD/m3. d,and hydraulic retention time 18.5hrs accordingly. Owing to the structural property of the shield-shaped media,this reactor could avoid the agglomeration trouble that often happened in soft fibrous media packed filters. This is why this reactor has high removal efficiency and operating stability.
