Design on a Portable Test Equipment of Fire Control System

摘要 自动测试系统(ATS)已经广泛应用于武器装备的性能评价和故障诊断中,为提高部队基层级维修能力,满足部队测试设备小型化、自动化需求,研究设计了一种基于USB接口的便携式火控系统检测仪,介绍了设备功能、硬件组成和软件模块化设计。经实践证明,采用该方法研制的便携式检测仪与传统的自动测试系统相比,不仅具有高的性价比,而且机动性高,可维护性强,能有效提高测试诊断效率,增强部队武器装备的保障能力,具有广阔的军事应用前景。 Automatic testing system (ATS) has been widely applied to the performance evatuauon ana fault diagnosis of the weaponry. To meet requirements of automation miniaturization of testing instruments and to improve the primary level maintenance capability, a kind of portable fire control system testing instrument based on USB interface was researched. Equipment function, hardware structure, software modular design were introduced. Application practice proved that the portable ATS has the excellent cost effective, better mobility and maintainability compared with traditional ATS. This portable ATS can improve testing and diagnose efficiency, enhance military weapon support capacity, and it also has a wide prospect of military application.
