摘要
自动测试系统(ATS)已广泛应用于各种武器装备的维护和保障领域,为满足部队导弹测试系统自动化、小型化需求,研究设计了一种基于PXI总线技术的便携式ATS,介绍了硬件平台的总体构成、适配器接口设计以及软件架构与功能。经验证,采用该方法研制的便携式ATS与传统的ATS相比,不仅具有更高的性价比,而且在使用上更加机动,可维护性强,能有效提高测试效率、增强部队技术保障的机动性,具有广阔的军事应用前景。
ATS is widely used in the field of diversified arm maintenance.To meet the demand of the automation and miniaturization in the military missile automatic test system,a kind of portable ATS based on PXI bus is researched.The whole composing of the hardware,the design of the adapter interface and the software composing are introduced.It is validated that the portable ATS has the higher ratio of capability and value,more mobile and better maintainability compared with the traditional ATS.It can improve the test efficiency and improve the flexibility of the arm maintenance.It has a wide foreground of military application.
