Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Methods for Control Systems of Complex Equipments-A Survey

摘要 故障诊断就是对设备运行情况和异常情况作出判断,其对提高装备可靠性和维修能力具有重要的作用。结合国内外最新研究成果,详细阐述了基于解析模型、信号处理和知识的故障诊断方法的基本原理、特点、研究现状和应用领域,综合分析了故障诊断技术的研究热点及发展趋势,并探讨了在复杂装备控制系统故障诊断领域有待于深入研究的若干问题。 The function of fault diagnosis systems is to make judgments towards operation conditions and abnormalities of devices.Fault detection and isolation(FDI) plays an important role in improving reliability and maintain capacity.Motivated by the undated theories and research products,this paper provides an overview of the state of the art of the methods of analytical model based,signal process based and knowledge based,which include basic fundamental,characteristics and applications.Research focuses and future trends of FDI are analyzed synthetically;some in-depth study issues in this fields are also discussed.
