摘要
农村养老保险问题是中国社会保障体系中的重点及难点。通过对我国农村养老保障的现状、特点的分析 ,提出如何在我国农村经济发展水平较低的初级阶段 ,特别是在计划经济向市场经济转轨和人口老龄化的过程中 ,探索建立和完善具有中国特色的农村养老保障体系 。
The problem for the aged insurance in the rural areas is a focus and a difficult point as well in Chinas social securing system. Through the analysis of the present condition and characteristics of the security for providing for the aged in our rural areas this dissertation puts forward probing, building and perfecting the securing system of providing the aged in the rural areas with Chinese characteristics, in the preliminary phase of lower economic development level in China rural areas, especially in the turning point from plan-economy to market economy and in the process of more and more people becoming aged. It is of exceptional significance.
