摘要
养老保险制度是社会发展和进步的产物,是现代文明的重要标志之一。关系到占全国总人口约70%的农民的生活保障问题。鉴于我国的现实情况,农村急需建立和完善养老保险制度。加强农村社会养老保险的监督,具有现实意义。文章主要分析了我国农村养老保险的现状,从实际出发,得出我国农村养老保险所存在的现实问题,说明在建设新农村时,应该大力发展和不断完善我国农村养老保险的必要性,从而提出了解决农村养老保险所存在问题的方法和措施。
Endowment insurance system is the product of social development and progression and it is an important symbol of modern civilization. This system concerns the liying ensurence of peasants who account for 70 percent of Chinese population. Given the factual situation of our country, the rural areas need to set up and better the endowment insurance system. To reinforce the supervision to endowment insurance is of realistic significance. The paper mainly explained the status of the rural endowment insurance of china. And the rural endowment insurance has existed practical problems. While the construction of the new rural, we should vigorously develop and constantly improve the rural endowment insurance. So we have given the methods and measures of the rural endowment insurance of China.
