急性胰腺炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和C反应蛋白动态变化及意义 被引量：2

摘要 近年来急性胰腺炎（AP）发病率呈上升趋势，其中相当一部分发展为重症急性胰腺炎（severeacutepancreatitis，SAP），SAP的病死率高达20％～40％。因此在临床实践中如何判断AP严重程度以及如何提高判断的准确度具有重要的现实意义。Ranson、Glascow评分系统虽具有较好的敏感度和特异性，但需在入院48h后才能实施。目前临床上常用的预测胰腺炎严重度的方法为腹部CT、临床表现和生化指标等。
