摘要
在工程项目的评标中 ,利用模糊综合评判法来确定定性指标的得分 ;通过建立隶属度函数来确定定量指标的得分 ,从而 ,结合模糊综合评判与隶属度函数模型 ,示例一个工程项目的评标方法。
In the evaluation of engineering tenders, the marks of qualitative indexes are determined by fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and the marks of quantitative indexes are determined by membership function. So that, a new evaluation method for engineering tenders combining fuzzy synthetic evaluation and membership function has been presented.
