摘要
详尽地阐述BT模式的特点、BT项目投融资的结构、阶段和步骤等方面的问题;并对BT项目风险因素做了分析、识别,有针对性地列出了管理方法,同时对采用BT模式进行项目招、投标做了说明,并列举了项目成功运作的可能性条件。
This paper describes the characteristics of BT model, explores the issues of investing and financing structure, stage and procedure to BT project, analyses the risk factors to BT project, presents management method for BT project, directs project bidding by BT model and lists the probability conditions of successful operating BT project.
