妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与新生儿黄疸相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过随机抽取58例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,待此58例孕妇分娩成功,对受试孕妇及新生儿的身体各项相关数据检查,并与对照组的100例无妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇的身体各项数据检查对照,得出妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与新生儿黄疸的相关性研究。方法受试孕妇测定:受试孕妇测定:对受试孕妇使用优越电子感应血糖检测系统ADVANTAGE血糖仪进行餐后2h血糖检测,并进行两组血糖比较。新生儿测定:采用JH20-1B经皮测黄疸仪,测量部位为在新生儿额头部位,每个新生儿各测量4次,取算出平均值即经皮胆红素值。结果 58例妊娠期糖尿病受试孕妇组的婴儿出生后24h、72h,婴儿的胆红素及峰值都明显高于100例对照组正常孕妇,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病对新生婴儿有很大影响,可以引起围生期并发症,对婴儿生命安全有一定影响。可以引起胎儿血糖升高,加速胎儿机体组织新陈代谢,胎儿血胰岛素快速上升,由于机体耗氧量增加,胎儿容易慢性缺氧,当分娩完成后,新生儿体内大量红细胞被破坏,胆红素合成升高,继而引发高胆红素血症。 Objective To random sample of 58 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes, be this pregnant women successfully tested pregnant women and newborns body of data checking, and 58 cases with a control group of 100 cases without gestational diabetes the pregnant woman' s body controls the data check, drawn gestational diabetes pregnant women and newborn jaundice. Methods Test pregnant women determination: determination test pregnant women: the using the superior electronic sensor blood glucose monitoring sys- tem ADVANTAGE blood glucose meter to test pregnant women for 2 h postprandial blood glucose testing, and two sets of blood sugar compare. Neonatal Determination: the JH20-1B transcutaneous jaundice meter measurement site in the neonatal brow, each newborn measured 4 times, take calculated average of transcutaneous bilirubin values. Results The group of 58 women with gestational diabetes test pregnant women babies born after 24 h, 72 h, the baby' s bilirubin peak was significantly higher than the 100 cases in the control group of normal pregnant women was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Gestational diabetes have a significant impact on newborn babies, can cause perinatal complications, the safety of the baby' s life. Fetal blood sugar can cause increased to accelerate fetal body tissue metabolism and fetal blood insulin rapid rise, due to the increase in the body' s oxygen consumption, easy fetus chronic hypoxia, when childbirth is completed, a large number of newborns in vivo red blood cell destruction, bilirubin synthesis liter high, sparking hyperbilirubinemia.
