摘要
详细地介绍了风险、风险管理和全生命周期风险管理的理论知识,并将这些理论知识与铁路项目的管理相关联,建立了铁路项目全生命周期风险管理模型,论述了在铁路项目风险管理中使用该模型的必要性,对我国铁路项目的风险管理具有一定的参考价值。
This paper thoroughly introduces the theories of risk,risk management and the whole life cycle of risk management,then the theory knowledge and the railway project management association,established the model of full life cycle risk management of railway project,and explain the necessity of using this model in risk management of railway project,which has a certain reference value to the risk management of China railway project.
