摘要
针对复杂钢结构工程特点,结合计算机仿真技术、适时监测技术在现代项目管理的应用情况,提出了一种面向施工过程、动态的复杂钢结构施工技术风险管理模型,并结合工程实例进行了应用分析。结果表明,该管理模式能够实现对管理对象的全过程跟踪,做到精细化、动态化管理。
A risk management mode was put forward that was geared to the need of construction process and dynamic construction technology of complex steel structure. This mode was aimed at the engineering characteristics of complex steel structure, integrated with the application of computer simulation technique and timing monitoring technique in modern project management. The project case was also used in the analysis. The result shows that the management mode can implement the overall process tracking on management objects, achieving the elaborate and dynamic management.
