摘要 针对铁路项目质量评价与管理问题,构建了铁路项目质量评价指标体系,建立了基于DEMATEL-ANP-云模型的铁路项目质量评价模型,即运用DEMATEL法确定铁路项目质量评价指标间的相互关系,运用ANP法计算出各一、二级指标的相对权重与综合权重,研究得出:人员因素对铁路项目质量影响最大,影响权重为0.244,其次为管理因素(0.242),再次是方法因素(0.212),再次是工程环境因素(0.152),对质量影响最小的是设备环境因素(0.150)。最后基于研究结论采用云模型对国际工程拉伊铁路项目进行质量评价,评价结果为项目整体质量风险为中等风险水平。这为铁路施工企业对国内外铁路项目质量评价与管理提供了一种有效方法。 Aiming at the problems of railway project quality evaluation and management,this paper constructs a railway project quality evaluation index system,and establishes a railway project quality evaluation model based on the DEMATEL-ANP-cloud model.Namely,using DEMATEL method to determine the relationship between railway project quality evaluation indicators,and using the ANP method to calculate the relative weights and comprehensive weights of the primary and secondary indicators,this paper concludes that the personnel factor has the greatest impact on the quality of the railway project,with a weight of 0.244,followed by the management factor(0.242),and the method factor(0.212),the engineering environment factor(0.152)again,and the equipment environment factor(0.150)that has the least impact on quality.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the cloud model is used to evaluate the quality of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project.The evaluation results show that the overall quality risk of the project is at a medium risk level.The research conclusions provide an effective method for the quality evaluation and management of domestic and foreign railway projects in China’s railway construction enterprises.
