摘要
研究了小样本条件下导弹批可靠性抽样检验方案。导弹武器系统复杂、价值昂贵,特别是远程导弹的批验收与技术指标鉴定难以做大量的试验。因此,对导弹批次的验收,只能是小样本条件下的可靠性抽样检验。本文基于导弹武器设计指标,应用超几何分布研究了导弹小样本可靠性抽样检验方案。制定何种抽样检验方案,需要综合多个方面的因素。研究结果表明文中方法可行,可以用于制定导弹武器批验收方案。
Launching many missiles is impossible while acceptance because of the complication and the high cost, especially for long-range missile. So, missile appraising method is only the reliability inspection plan of small data samples. A sample plan of reliability for missiles based on its design indices in virtue of hypergeometric distribution is discussed. A good plan should be made with considering many factors. It is calculated that the method in this paper can be used to the missile acceptance.
