建立一种双侧抽检方案,该检验以控制产品的特征值过大和过小的概率,从而用总体不合格品率来衡量产品的质量.
A kind of two-sided test was found and the characteristic value of oversize or littesize was controlled, and the unsuitable quality product can be measured in terms of the proportion of population.
