罗氏血凝仪CoaguChek XS在房颤抗凝管理体系中的应用

摘要 目的探讨CoaguChek XS血凝仪在房颤抗凝管理体系中的应用效果。方法对62例口服华法林的房颤患者分别应用血凝仪末梢血检测法和实验室静脉全血检测法检测国际标准化比值（INR），评价CoaguChek XS血凝仪测定INR值的准确性。结果62例患者末梢血检测INR平均值为（2.04±0.57），静脉全血INR平均值为（2.06±0.56），两种方法比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.911，P=0.366）。结论CoaguChek XS血凝仪有望在房颤抗凝管理体系中推广应用。
