末梢血糖化血红蛋白检测的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨用指端末梢血检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的临床应用。方法检测2型糖尿病患者末梢血和全血中的HbA1c,并用健康体检者作对照组。对15例糖尿病患者在全天不同时间取末梢血检测HbA1c,与早晨空腹结果进行比较。结果用指端末梢血在稀释模式下与用静脉全血在全血模式下检测HbA1c结果 ,差异无统计学意义(P=0.11)。28.86%的2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平理想,32.99%控制一般,38.14%控制效果差。同一天内不同时间用末梢血检测HbA1c与早晨空腹的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论用末梢血检测HbA1c可用于糖尿病的监控。 Objective To investigate the significance of of finger peripheral blood for detection of glycosylated hemoglobin.Methods HbA1c levels of peripheral blood and whole blood for patient with type 2 diabetes were detected and compared, HbA1c level of peripheral blood in 15 patient with diabetes were detected at different times throughout the day and compared with those in fasting.Results HbA1c levels in finger peripheral blood and in whole blood were significantly related, and no difference. Among totally 97 cases of type 2 diabetes, blood glucose in 28 cases (28.86%) were controled ideally, 32 cases(32.99%) were controlled well, and 37 cases (38.14%) were not ideally. No significant difference were noticed in levels in finger peripheral blood from different times throughout a day as compared with fasting blood.Conclusion Glycosylated hemoglobin measurement of peripheral blood can be used for diabetes monitoring.
