摘要
目的:探讨联合检测CA125、CA199与CEA对卵巢癌的早期诊断价值。方法:采用电化学发光免疫分析法联合检测50例健康体检对照者、50例卵巢癌患者和50例卵巢良性病变患者血清CA125、CA199和CEA水平。结果:卵巢癌组CA125、CA199和CEA水平明显高于卵巢良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.001),卵巢良性病变组CA125与健康对照组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),卵巢良性病变组CA199和CEA与健康组比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合检测CA125、CA199与CEA显著提高卵巢癌检出率,对卵巢癌的早期诊断、疗效监测与判定预后有重要意义。
Objective :To study the diagnostic value of the carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) and CEA in patients with ovarian tumors. Methods: Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the levels of serum CA125, CA199 and CEA in 50 patients with benign ovarian tumors, 50 patients with mailgnant ovarian tumors and 50 healthy controls. Results: Serum levels of CA125, CA199 and CEA were significantly higher in the patients with malignant ovarian tumor than those with benign ovarian tumors and health con- trois ( P 〈 0. 001 ), CA125 levels difference had statistical significance between benign ovarian tumor group and healthy control group(P 〈0.01 ), while the serum levels difference of CA199 and CEA had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: The joint detection of CA125, CA199 and CEA may be the best method for diagnosing ovarian tumors, and of great significance in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, treatment effect monitoring and prognosis judgment.
