摘要
目的:探讨血清CYFRA21-1、CA153、TSGF与乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期的关系及联合检测的意义。方法:采用电化学发光检测CYFRA21-1、CA153,化学比色法测定TSGF。结果:乳腺癌患者组织学分型中,CA153在单纯癌中含量最高,CYFRA21-1在髓样癌中略高,TSGF则无明显差别;晚期乳腺癌患者血清CYFRA21-1、CA153、TSGF明显高于早期;三项标志物联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论:血清CYFRA21-1、CA153、TSGF与乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期有关,联合检测血清中的CYFRA21-1、CA153、TSGF对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the united detection of serum CYFRA21 -1, CA12.5 ,TSGF and the correlations between them and pathologic type, clinical stage of breast carcinoma. Methods: By using electrochemiluminescence to detect CYFRA - 21 - 1, CA153, chemical colorimetric method detect TSGF. Results: Among the histological type, the value of CA153 was highest in simplex carcinoma, CYFRA21 -1 was high- er in carcinoma medullare,but TSGF not different; in the late breast carcinoma, serum CYFRA21 -1 ,CA153 ,TSGF was obviously higher than in the pristine breast carcinoma;The sensitivity of the united detection of three markers of diagnosis is higher than that of the each one. Conclusion: Serum CYFRA21 - 1, CA125, TSGF were related with pathology type,clinical stage of breast carcinoma, the united detection of CYFRA21 -1, CA153 ,TSGF play an important role in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
