摘要
目的 :探讨冠心病的胰岛素抵抗 (IR)与内皮素 (ET)、心钠素 (ANP)之间的关系。方法 :对 35例冠心病患者和 30例正常对照组分别测定其空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹胰岛素 (FI)、 ET、 ANP,计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果 :冠心病患者的 FBG、FI、ET、ANP浓度明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;冠心病患者 ET与 ISI之间具有显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,ANP与 ISI具负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠心病患者存在 IR,它与 ET及 ANP有关 ,但与
Objective:To study the relationship between insulin resistance(IR) and endothelin(ET)?atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The fasting blood glucose(FBG),the fasting insulin(FI),ET and ANP were measured in 35 patients with CHD and 30 normal controls,the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated.Results:Compared to normal control group,the FBG,FI,ET,ANP were significantly increased in CHD patients( P <0 05~0 001) and the ISI was significantly positively correlated to ET( P <0 01),negatively correlated to ANP( P <0 05).Conclusion:There is IR in patients with CHD,which is associated with ET and ANP,but it is associated with ET more.
